Two Icelandic pariahs of pop have teamed up to record and release a Christmas single. A lush, festive ballad that will warm the very cockles of your heart.
Paul Oscar (whom you may remember as being Iceland’s Eurovision entry in 1997) and Sigga Beinteins (whom you may remember as being Iceland’s Eurovision entry in 1994) have got together to put out ‘Jólin Koma Með Þér’ (Christmas Comes With You). It’s a simple, melodious pop ballad. Heck, let’s even call it a schlager ballad – they’ve managed to sneak in a key change after all!
