Who Dat?! Freya Christine Clausen. A Danish singer who used to do pop/rock stuffs, but who has just made a comeback and is going all electro on us.
Good choice. Indeed. There’s still a bit of grit and some rock sensibilities there, but for all intents and purposes she’s rejuvenated as a Scandi Electro Siren. And she sounds awesome at it.
Who has she been working with? Tore Nissen, who has also made music with Freya’s fellow Great Dane – Oh Land.
How come we’ve not seen her on Scandipop before? This is her first new music in TEN years. She’s been a part time “TV personality” in that time. But thankfully, she’s decided to come back to pop.
