Few popstars turn in a trinity of singles in concession to the high standard that Swedish gent Ola just has. ‘Maybe’, ‘Jackie Kennedy’, and ‘Tonight I’m Yours’. Tremendous tunes the three of them. And they’re all taken from his much anticipated new album ‘Carelessly Yours’, which comes out in January. We’re #fuming that he’s postponed the album to a January release though. Oh well Ola, it’s your loss – that triple win for Best Male, Best Album, and Best Single at the next Scandipop Awards could have been yours mate. But you’ve ruled yourself out of that glory.
Anyway, it makes sense that he’s been out and about performing these immense singles of late, and it makes even more sense that we’ve been watching them. And we’d like to suggest that you do too. Because Ola doesn’t just know how to knock out a good tune, he knows how to sell it too.
Feast your eyes and ears over this varied selection of his recent live performances. And see just why we think he is basically the best male popstar on the planet right now.
