Check out this new tune that was released in Denmark last week – Nadia Gattas and ‘Rejser Gennem Tiden’.
It’s a pop track first and foremost, which ventures into clubland territory at times, and regresses back to 80s rock sensibilities at others. But we’re most in love and admiration of the big day-glo chorus that booms out upon repeated listens – and they really have been repeated listens too, although it just takes one listen for that aforementioned chorus to wedge itself in one’s head. Oh yeah, and we’re also quite enamoured with the middle eight. It’s got a sort of complex melodic drama to it. And we like pop intricacies like that.
