German house duo Michael Mind Project have done the sensible thing and recruited Gravitonas to work on a new track. And here’s that new track.
It’s ‘Antiheroes’, written by Gravitonas and Chris Wahle, and with vocals by Gravitonas frontman Andreas Öhrn. A piano based and laced DANCE track – much to our delight. The Gravitonas fellows are of course no stranger to dance music, but this is the first time they’ve gone all out and made a pure club track. The deviation from their usual sound is a pleasant novelty, and we’d like to hear more collaborations from them in the future – just so long as they keep churning out regular Gravitonas tunes also.
And speaking of collaborations, we won’t have to wait too long for their next one. Alexander and Andreas have co-written the song that a reunited Army of Lovers will compete with in Melodifestivalen in a couple of months.
‘Antiheroes’ has been released worldwide – iTunes link below the vid. It’s a great dance tune, and we love hearing Öhrn’s vocal over the top of this kind of music. It suits splendidly.
