We wrote about this lady back in November, when she released ‘Chain You‘. And now JONI returns this month with brand new single ‘Waterfall’.
Like ‘Chain You’ before it, ‘Waterfall’ is another beautiballad. Although this one sounds more like a schlager ballad. And there’s a reason for that – ‘Waterfall’ is currently in the running to represent Hungary at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest (her parents are Hungarian). This one has a touch of the epic to it – and would sound just as much at home on a Disney film soundtrack as it would on the Eurovision stage. It’s a wholesome belter.
