Eric Saade has got himself a brand new single out. It’s ‘Take A Ride (Put Em In The Air)’. Currently out on Spotify only, soon to be on iTunes and the like. And there’s also a lyric video, which you can watch below.
New music from Eric Saade – that’s always a good thing (dodgy charity singles aside, but you can’t hate on charity singles – you just can’t). This new music isn’t 100% new though. It’s his own version of his best mate J-Son’s old hit ‘Mr Feelgood’. The chorus is the same, the verses are different. He’s updated it. Poppified it. Dare we say, bettered it?
Still though, that all matters not. Eric Saade is best at being Eric Saade when he is releasing music. We never like those periods of down-time, as much as the little pop scamp needs his rest. And it looks like ‘Take A Ride (Put Em In The Air)’ is the start of a new period of productivity from one of Sweden’s bestest pop stars. He’s been Instagramming the absolute shit out of his recent studio visits. And we spy a new album on the horizon. Or a new EP, at least. As always, we cannot even deal with the wait, we are looking forward to it so much.
